Our story

Compassionate care with a personal touch

Founded in the heart of Southampton, Josben Care was born from a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community. What began as a small initiative by a healthcare professional quickly gained momentum, driven by a vision of providing exceptional care with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Josben Care provides compassionate, personalised domiciliary care that empowers vulnerable adults and disabled individuals to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Your home is a personal space, and we believe that your care experience should reflect that. Our founder, a qualified social worker with over 30 years of experience in health and social care, built Josben Care on a foundation of compassion, dignity, and respect. With her extensive background as a hospital social worker, she identified the critical need for care services that support smooth transitions from hospital to home, helping to prevent bed-blocking while ensuring clients receive the personalised attention they deserve.
